All classes will be taught in English.
REQUIREMENTS
For the optimal retreat experience, it is important that each participant
has practiced with Max Strom before, either in-person or via his online workshops. If this is not possible, you are asked to practice at least five times with his 16-minute sequence on YouTube called: Instantly Release Anxiety: Max Strom’s 16-Minute Inner Axis Breathwork & Gentle Movement
prior to committing to this retreat. We trust this requirement is fulfilled by the start of the retreat.
Tuition
Euro 690.- for the entire program
Euro 552.- for graduates of Max’s Inner Axis 200-hour Teacher Training, or his Breathe to Heal Facilitator Training.Events section of the website.
Accommodation and food are booked and paid separately.
The costs for the accommodation and food at the Mandali Retreat Centre start at Euro 642.- on the basis of 6 nights in a shared room (up to 3 people) including full board (3 vegetarian meals per day + snacks, fruit, coffee and tea). Twin/double rooms are available from Euro 810.- per person, single rooms from Euro 1008.- per person.

On Friday May 22, 2026, check-in is possible from 2:00 pm onwards.
Please arrive at Mandali at the latest by 6:30 pm, for the opening dinner at 7:00 pm. Dinner is followed by a welcome gathering in the practice room and light breathwork to aid sleep. Please wear appropriate clothing that allows you to move freely. The first full class will be the following morning.
On the last day, Thursday May 28, 2026, the rooms will be vacated before 10:00 am and luggage can be stored at reception. The final class & good-byes take place after breakfast, from 10:30 to 12:30 pm.
Lunch will be served at 12:30 pm according to individual signups. Lunch and the use of the Body Care Center facilities on the last day are included. You are welcome to stay after lunch and enjoy the premises and facilities.
