Lu Jong Five Elements Retreat

About the retreat

The Five Elements form the foundation of all life. They shape our body, mind, and emotions – and play a decisive role in how healthy, balanced, and fulfilled we feel. When the elements fall out of balance, physical discomfort, emotional turbulence, and mental restlessness can arise.

In this retreat, Rinpoche will teach a range of powerful techniques – practiced individually or combined as an integrated set – to help purify and rebalance the elements:

  • Five Elements Movements of the Tibetan Healing Yoga Lu Jong
  • Nine Breaths Exercise
  • Kum Nye Five Elements Massage
  • Five Elements Relaxation Positions
  • Five Elements Mindfulness-Based Meditation

While the effects of balancing the elements are often felt immediately, the path goes far beyond that. Working with the elements allows a deep purification of body and mind, supports genuine inner transformation, and opens a gateway to our true nature. Step by step, greater clarity, stability, and inner freedom can naturally unfold in everyday life.

This retreat will be held in English.
