About the retreat

Sometimes those of us with a natural desire to heal get lost in the idea that we need to be fixed. But, beloved, we are not broken. We are not blocked.

We are always in the process of remembering and becoming more of who we truly are.
If you are ready to put down the illusion of perfection, and separation, the attachment to overcomplicated ideas of what it means to be spiritual, and instead, make space for the natural ability within you to heal and be healed, I invite you to join me in the mountains of Italy.

Take space away from the constant distraction of modern life, the cultural obsession with doing more and getting more, and the lie we are unworthy exactly as we are.
In this week-long container dedicated to connecting to the elements to Be Your Own Healer, you will receive the space to feel your extraordinary presence, and find within you, a resplendent grace that revives your connection to all that exists.
