Every now and then, we become playful with our in-house program, and offer a week of celebration. Keeping the spirit of the Mandali Experience, this retreat is designed for those who wish to get more from their experience and dive deeper into a themed workshop.

In addition to our daily yoga, meditation, and QiGong practice, this special edition of the Mandali Experience invites you on a journey into the Secret of the Right Vibration — an exploration of the subtle link between our inner world and outer reality.
We are delighted to welcome Chitra Sukhu, a modern mystic and lifelong practitioner of Yoga, Vedanta, Ayurveda, Tantra, and Meditation. Born into a lineage of wisdom and raised in the Sivananda Ashrams, Chitra brings the luminous depth of lived experience to her teachings. Through four immersive workshops, she will guide us in working with the power of intention, energy, and vibration — learning to attune to the language of the universe and consciously shape our reality. Together, we will open to deeper awareness, harmony, and the remembrance of the creative force that flows through all life.
Lovingly curated for everybody, this programme offers the following:
*Qigong is only offered when explicitly stated on the schedule which is given on arrival
On arrival, you will be welcomed as a group to get to know the participants & teachers, learn about the programme, as well as information about Mandali’s stunning surroundings. You may also plan for a gentle walk by visiting the front desk, to learn about trails and points of interest in the area. From there, it’s up to you to design the experience that will best serve you, by participating in as much or as little of the programme as you wish.
The first day of the Mandali experience starts at 3 PM, with check-in at 2 PM.
