19 – 25 September 2026
In a world that seems to grow louder, busier, and more demanding by the minute, silence is the new gold: rare, valuable, and ultimately priceless. Only silence brings you back to the place you long for most—your original state of being.
Do you remember a time when life was carefree? When you looked up at the sky and realised how beautiful life is? A time when you didn’t have to do anything to be happy and feel fully alive? Silence takes you there. In silence, you rediscover that everything you strive for has always been within you. Love, joy, beauty, happiness, freedom, strength, and wisdom have never left you. They were always there, just behind your busy thoughts. Return to this place of silence and give your original qualities and strengths the space and oxygen to flow once more.

The Power of Silence. Silence takes you back to your source—a safe haven. But it also allows space for your shadow sides to emerge and heal. Often, we unconsciously carry blockages that limit us. They create thoughts, emotions, fears, and restlessness. Many of our retreat participants speak of a ‘before’ and ‘after’ their retreat—it is a life-changing experience.
Our retreats are gentle and relaxed, yet deeply transformative. Over the years, we have discovered that consciously being in silence together forms the foundation for a profound experience. In an environment where everyone can fully be themselves, social masks fall away, and hearts open naturally. The only people who speak are Juno, Tijn, Daphne, and Mario during guided meditations, inspiration classes, and lessons in Qi Gong and yoga. Due to the international nature of the retreat, these sessions are conducted in English. Participants themselves remain in silence for the entire week.
Bringing Silence Home. We also share ways to keep the silence alive after the retreat. More and more people are discovering that just a few minutes of daily silent meditation can make a significant difference in their work, relationships, health, and happiness. We all know the feeling of flow—when life feels effortless and magical. Silence brings you back to that state of being.
From the introduction on arrival day, silence begins, and participants remain silent throughout the week. Each morning starts with Qi Gong guided by Mario Santoni, followed by meditation with Tijn. After breakfast, Tijn shares tools in the inspiration class to help navigate what arises in silence. Throughout the day, you have conscious, silent Me-Time to open yourself to inspiration and utilise the provided tools. Before and after the siesta, there are group meditations. Each day concludes with Yin Yoga with Daphne and meditation. On departure day, silence is broken after breakfast, allowing space to put your experiences into words.
Qi Gong & Yin Yoga. Qi Gong is a gentle yet powerful practice that invites you into silence and helps you deeply connect with your breath, body, and energy. Through slow, flowing movements and mindful attention, you awaken your life force energy (Qi). This brings balance, vitality, and inner peace. In silence, you listen—not only to the world around you but also to the quiet wisdom within yourself. Yin Yoga connects the physical, emotional, and mental bodies through chakras and meridians. This practice stimulates the Chi flow through connective tissue and enhances joint mobility while relaxing the muscles. It purifies the nervous system and meridians, creating a profoundly calming effect on both body and mind. By holding poses for longer, you observe everything within you without judgement, developing a deep understanding of the impermanence of thoughts and emotions.
Detox & Nutrition. During the retreat, you will eat nourishing, medicinal food that supports your body in relaxation and detoxification. We avoid meat, dairy, bread, sugar, and coffee. All ingredients are organic. Detoxing is not fasting: meals are served buffet-style, with plenty available.
Important! To fully immerse in the experience, it is mandatory to hand in your smartphone, laptop, iPad, and/or e-reader for the duration of the retreat (unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the organisation).

I wish I’d spent more than 3 days there and truly hope to go back in the future. The rooms were very comfortable, the teachers were lovely, the food was delicious - I have absolutely no complaints and can’t say enough good things. Mandali was well worth the trip!
“I came to Mandali to learn to be in the present moment. In the end, not only did I find what I was looking for, but I also happened to have discovered Self Love, and found my Inner Trust.”
“I recommend this experience to anyone looking to slow down, reconnect in beautiful surroundings filled with attention to detail, and to give oneself the sweetest gift of self-care.”
“Being at Mandali allowed me to calm down and quiet my thinking mind. The calmness allowed me to realise how grateful I am about everything in my life.”
“Mandali felt like coming home and it made me open up so much and learn more about myself and others around me. Thank you so much for opening this part of me.”
“I came to Mandali to reconnect and maybe even find myself again. During my stay, I learned that silence is very treasurable, and with it, I could finally hear what my inner voice was saying.”
“Your generosity, your kindness and your warm smiles are the cherries on the cake. Being here means living life to the fullest in every single moment. You can let go of layers, and find such a peaceful side of yourself. Go silent, sit still, let it move you and take that ride.”
