About the retreat

Illuminating the Human Experience from Within.

This retreat offers a space to enter a process of awakening — where life, energy, and consciousness are actively re-ignited at the subtle levels of our being.

Through a progressive sequence of guided meditative activations , participants are guided into an experiential journey that activates the Body of Light and restores embodiment, vitality, and inner alignment across the different dimensions of existence.

The 4-day practice leads participants beyond habitual mental patterns and into subtle fields of energy and awareness, where deep inner shifts can occur, together with a reawakening of the energetic and conscious dimensions that sustains life.

The work is experiential and unfolds progressively, allowing forgotten dimensions of inner life to be remembered and integrated. Rather than transcending the human experience, the process illuminates it — supporting activation, vitality, wholeness and a more coherent, embodied, and soul-led way of living.

About the Retreat

Many spiritual paths focus on releasing what is heavy, blocked, or limiting in order to reach peace, clarity, or liberation. This work approaches transformation from a different perspective.

Awakening the Body of Light is not about removing life’s complexity, but about awakening consciousness to who we are at the subtler levels of our being, and learning to inhabit those dimensions through direct experience. In this sense, awakening becomes a return to an inner sense of home — a form of healing that unfolds naturally through loving presence and joyful embodiment.

The shared living practice supports a gradual re-harmonisation and re-energising of our whole being— from the physical and energetic dimensions to the more refined levels of consciousness and spirit. As dormant frequencies are reawakened, inner alignment is restored, and a deeper intelligence begins to move through the human system with greater clarity and vitality.

This process unfolds as a sequence of active inner transformations, activating the alchemy within and allowing perception, energy, and lived experience to reorganise around a more authentic and fully inhabited expression of being.

What to Expect

During the retreat, you will engage in extended periods of meditative activation designed to:

  • support cleansing, energising, and harmonisation across different layers of being
  • release energetic patterns and imprints that limit vitality, clarity, and inner freedom
  • activate the inherent alchemy of consciousness within the human system
  • allow deeper states of presence, connection, and inner stability to emerge

Soulful yogic movement and breath practices are offered to help integrate and stabilise what unfolds, supporting embodiment and grounding as the work progresses.

As participants spend sustained time within these subtle fields of consciousness, many experience a deep sense of inner rest, renewed vitality, and a clearer alignment between inner life and outer expression.

Who Is This Retreat For?

This retreat may be particularly resonant if:

No prior experience with Light Body work is required — only openness, presence, and a sincere interest in inner transformation

What Will We Do?

The retreat unfolds through a carefully held combination of practices and spaces, creating a natural supportive ground for inner transformation.

Throughout the days together, we will engage in:

  • Daily meditative activations, forming the core of the work and guiding the progressive awakening of the Body of Light
  • Teaching sessions, offering context and orientation to support understanding and integration of the experience
  • Q&A moments, allowing space for clarification, reflection, and sharing
  • Daily movement and gentle yoga practices, supporting embodiment and the integration of what emerges through the meditative work
  • Free time, to rest, integrate, and enjoy the natural beauty and high-energised nurturing environment that Mandali offers

The rhythm of the retreat is intentionally spacious, allowing depth of experience while honouring rest, silence, and personal integration.
